508-B Notices for Tax Year 2022

Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) would like to inform providers that 508-B notices were mailed on Nov. 2, 2023, for tax year 2022. If you received a notice, please send back either a W-9 or an IRS Letter 147-C by Nov. 24. Providers who do not reply will be subject to a penalty, as required by the Internal Revenue Service.
